We have a simple philosophy...

It's your private data that belongs to you.

In keeping with this, any data that you input into our website, or any application software that we provide (e.g. HiveSmart^HQ), is not shared by us, Appi Bee Services Ltd, with any third parties.

Furthermore, we do not covertly obtain personally identifiable information in our applications, or from the devices that the applications are installed on.

On rare occasions, we may seek your permission to review application data for technical support and/or marketing purposes.

In the event of data provision for marketing purposes, data will be masked, modified and/or summarised as needed to ensure it cannot identify any individual.

In either case, you will always have the right to refuse to provide application data and will also retain physical control over it's actual provision.

Upon request, we will also destroy any application data that has been previously provided (and also provide confirmation via email or text upon its destruction if required).

For applications that provide the ability to backup data remotely we reserve the right to use a (secure) third-party web-server service to facilitate this. If so, we shall be transparent regarding this, AND always provide the option for you to control whether the data is retained on, or deleted from, the web-server service used.

Similarly, for applications that provide the ability to transfer data to another device we reserve the right to use a (secure) third-party web-server service to facilitate the transfer. If so, we shall be transparent regarding this, AND always provide the option for you to control whether the data is retained on, or deleted from, the web-server service used.
